| Clamping System |

Like all main structures of the machine the
claming system in under taken a stress analyses by FEM. Guided on STAR,
rails and equipped with proportional hydraulic valves. fast movements
are possible to ensure high output rates. The sturdy design and the
placement of the cylinder in the centre of the clamping platens supports
a good cutting and a long lifetime of the moulds. Central

Control System |

Integrated PCC control system from B&R
(Austria) au functions are easy to be set and monitored on
a 10.4" color display. As well ad the heating is controlled by the
system the movement of the die
is controlled by an integrated 100 points WDS system. |

stripe ( one mould with one cavity ) / 500ml household detergent bottle
( one mould with six cavity ) . |

| The output of 1L bottle
with view stripe can reach 30,000 pieces per day on UNI-B10-D ( three
cavity mould ) the output of the four-cavity mould can reach 48,000
pieces per day and the output for the six-cavity mould can reach 60,000
pieces per day depending on article shape and weight . |
