Extrusion System                                 

The development of extrusion system has been done by German engineers and has the following main

Features :

Frequency controlled drive

Grooved cooled feeding zone
PCC-controlled heating cooling zones
Screw design for high through put that ensures over the completes range of revolutions a homogenous melt

Screws and screw tips for all common thermoplastics like PE, PP, PET-G, PA...

   
Die Heads
Like the extruders the die heads are developed to highest standards by German engineers
Small centre distances of the multiple die heads allow higher number of cavities
Distribution systems with spider and heart curves ensure an even wall thickness distribution and material savings
Single to triple layer die heads give the possibility to produce a wide range products to the special demands of customers
All die heads are equipped with WDS and adjustable die to optimize the wall thickness and minimize the material use
View stripe equipment for all die heads is available
   
Clamping System
Like all main structures of the machine the claming system in under taken a stress analyses by FEM. Guided on STAR, rails and equipped with proportional hydraulic valves. fast movements are possible to ensure high output rates. The sturdy design and the placement of the cylinder in the centre of the clamping platens supports a good cutting and a long lifetime of the moulds.  Central lubrication
 
 
Control System
 
Integrated PCC control system from B&R (Austria) au functions are easy to be set and monitored on
a 10.4" color display. As well ad the heating is controlled by the system the movement of the die
is controlled by an integrated 100 points WDS system.

   
Moulds
 
Designed from well trained engineers, made from imported steels with optimized cooling and necessary article depending pairs like die tooling, blow pins and cutting masks make out of the machine a ready production system where all components fit for high output rates in excellent quality .

   

Additional

 

To ensure safe, automatic and optimized production, different additional are available like :
Hot and cold cutter
Parison closing device
Deflashinge systems
Preblow system
After cooling system

Applications

 
Production Samples
For example at the UNI-B-10-D,  where 100KN are transmitted in the centre of the mould, makes the clamping system suitable for a wide range of products. like for two layer 750ml cosmetic bottle ( one mould with four cavities)/ one or two layer 5L lubrication oil jerry can with view stripe ( one mould with one cavity ) / 500ml household detergent bottle ( one mould with six cavity ) .
 
The output of 1L bottle with view stripe can reach 30,000 pieces per day on UNI-B10-D ( three cavity mould ) the output of the four-cavity mould can reach 48,000 pieces per day and the output for the six-cavity mould can reach 60,000 pieces per day depending on article shape and weight .
